Payward (Kraken parent) says it intends to be the first CFTC-regulated deployer on Hyperliquid HIP-3* markets, using Hyperliquid infrastructure to deploy perps for US clients. Bitnomial would act as deployer, with NinjaTrader Clearing as FCM, subject to regulatory approval.
