Sei Labs says Sei is safe from a new LtHash collision attack vector

Sei Labs cites an ePrint analysis describing a new collision attack on LtHash and says Sei’s current state size makes the attack infeasible on its storage layer. The paper estimates ~2^81 work and far more data than Sei has today.
