Everything you need to know about how Decryptr works, what it costs, and how your data is protected.

Decryptr is an AI-powered crypto intelligence platform. It monitors thousands of news sources, social feeds and on-chain data in real time, converts them into Bullish, Bearish or Neutral signals, and lets you act on them instantly via one-click trading on Hyperliquid.

Our AI ingests raw text from news outlets, Twitter / X, Telegram and official project communications. It runs sentiment classification, price-impact scoring and topic extraction to produce a signal for each asset. Signals are updated every 30 seconds.

Our median end-to-end latency from event publication to signal appearing in your dashboard is under 5 seconds. On paid plans there is zero added delay — you see signals the moment our AI processes them.

Decryptr ingests data from major crypto news outlets (CoinDesk, Decrypt, The Block), Twitter / X accounts, Telegram channels, official project announcements, SEC filings, and on-chain transfer events across Ethereum, Solana, BNB Chain and more.

We currently track 190+ assets spanning large-cap, mid-cap and high-volume altcoins. Coverage is continuously expanded based on trading volume and community demand — if a coin is missing, contact us.

Signals are AI-generated sentiment reads on a specific news event — they tell you whether the news is Bullish, Bearish or Neutral for a given asset. Prediction Markets are community-driven probability bets on specific outcomes (e.g. "Will BTC hit $100k by end of quarter?"). Both live in the same dashboard but serve different analytical purposes.

Whale Tracking monitors large on-chain transactions (typically $250k USD or more) across major networks. When a known whale wallet moves funds you see it in real time, often before price reacts, giving you an information edge.

Yes. You can configure per-coin alerts in Settings. When a new signal or whale movement appears for a tracked coin, you receive a notification via Discord or email depending on your plan.

The dashboard is fully responsive and works well on mobile browsers. A dedicated native app is on the roadmap. For now, adding the dashboard to your home screen as a PWA gives an app-like experience.

The Trading Journal is a built-in daily log for your trades and mindset. You can record pre-market thesis, attach fills imported from Hyperliquid, track mood and habits, and export entries to PDF or PNG. It is designed to help you identify patterns in your psychology and execution over time.

Signal accuracy depends on market conditions and the asset in question. Our internal back-tests show that high-confidence signals (score ≥ 80) have historically preceded a price move in the signalled direction within 1 hour in roughly 65–72% of cases. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results.

Decryptr integrates with Hyperliquid. You connect your wallet in Settings, set your default leverage and size, then press Long or Short directly from any signal card. The order is submitted instantly without leaving the dashboard.

Hyperliquid is a high-performance on-chain perpetuals exchange with sub-second order execution and deep liquidity across 190+ markets. We chose it because it combines the speed of a centralised exchange with the self-custody of DeFi — your funds remain in your own wallet.

Hyperliquid supports up to 50× leverage on major pairs and varies by asset. You set your default leverage in Decryptr Settings; it applies to all 1-click trades until changed. We recommend starting at 2–5× while you calibrate your signal-to-trade workflow.

Yes. In Settings you can define default TP and SL percentages. When you fire a 1-click trade, Decryptr submits the entry order plus the TP and SL bracket orders to Hyperliquid in a single batch.

Liquidation is handled entirely by Hyperliquid — your position is closed and any remaining margin is returned to your wallet. Decryptr will surface the liquidation event as a fill in your journal so you can review it.

Currently Decryptr supports perpetual futures on Hyperliquid. Spot trading integration is planned for a future release.

Go to Settings → Trading and click 'Disconnect wallet'. This removes your private key from encrypted storage. Your Hyperliquid account is not affected — only the Decryptr link is severed.

Yes. The Journal's 'Import fills' feature pulls your full fill history from Hyperliquid regardless of how the trade was placed. Any trade on your Hyperliquid account can be attached to a journal entry.

Free accounts receive signals with a 3-minute delay. Starter, Pro and Elite subscribers receive signals instantly with zero delay, which is critical for fast-moving markets.

Your wallet key is stored encrypted and is never exposed in client-side code. We use Supabase Row Level Security so your data is only accessible to your account. We never share or sell user data.

Private keys are encrypted with AES-256 before being stored in our database. The encryption key is derived from your user ID and a server-side secret that never touches the client. Keys are decrypted in memory on our servers only at the moment a trade is executed, then discarded.

Email-based 2FA is supported at login. TOTP (authenticator app) support is on the roadmap and will be available in a forthcoming release.

We conduct internal security reviews on every major release and have engaged an independent penetration testing firm. Results of completed audits are available to enterprise customers on request.

Your account and all associated data (journal entries, settings, fill history) are retained for 90 days after account deletion, in case you wish to reactivate. After 90 days the data is permanently deleted. You can request immediate deletion at any time by emailing support@decryptr.ai.

UK consumers have a statutory 14-day right to cancel from the date of purchase and receive a full refund, provided the service has not been fully performed during that period. After 14 days, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@decryptr.ai to make a request.

Use the feedback button in the dashboard sidebar, email us directly, or open an issue in our public GitHub repository. We read everything and release fixes in our weekly deployment cycle.
