Decryptr is operated by Decryptr Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (number 17484593), registered office 18B Gregory Street, Nottingham, NG7 2LR. You can reach us at [email protected].

By creating an account or using the app or decryptr.ai, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, do not use Decryptr. You must be at least 18 to use it.

They work alongside the privacy notice, the cookie policy, subscriptions and refunds, the risk warning and the community rules.

Decryptr does not give investment advice or make recommendations. Nothing in the app (not market data, not scores, not leaderboards, not anything written by our AI or by another user) is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

Cryptoassets are high risk and largely unregulated in the UK. Their value can fall as well as rise and you can lose everything you put in. Past performance tells you nothing about future performance. If you need advice, speak to someone authorised to give it. The full risk warning explains what scores, leaderboards, AI answers and alerts can and cannot tell you.

We do not hold your money or your cryptoassets, we do not execute trades, and we are not an exchange, a broker or a wallet. Where you connect a wallet address, we read public blockchain data about it and nothing more.

Do not use Decryptr to promote an investment. In the UK it is a criminal offence under section 21 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 to invite or induce someone to invest, in the course of business, unless you are authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority or an authorised person has approved what you are saying.

Specifically, you must not:

• invite or encourage anyone to buy, sell or invest in any cryptoasset, token, fund or other investment;
• promote a token, presale, launch, airdrop or investment scheme, whether or not you have a stake in it;
• advertise a paid group, signals service, course or managed account;
• post an affiliate or referral link for an exchange, broker or investment product;
• accept payment, tokens or any other benefit in return for posting about an asset;
• offer to manage anyone's money or trade on their behalf.

Sharing what you think, what you did, and what it scored is the point of Decryptr and is not what this clause is about. Telling other people to buy something is.

You are responsible for what you post. If you are authorised by the FCA, or your communication has been approved by someone who is, contact us at [email protected] before posting it. We remove content that breaches this clause, and we may suspend or close the account that posted it.

You are responsible for your account and for anything done through it. Keep your sign-in details to yourself. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has got into your account.

One person, one account. Do not impersonate anyone, do not run automated accounts without our written permission, and do not sell or transfer your account or your handle.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Deleting it removes your posts, your drawings and your personal data. See the privacy notice.

These are the rules for everything you post, send or upload. We enforce them, and we have zero tolerance for abusive content and abusive behaviour.

You must not post, send or upload anything that:

• harasses, bullies, threatens or targets another person;
• is hateful towards people because of race, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age or nationality;
• is sexually explicit, or sexualises a child in any way;
• encourages self-harm, suicide or an eating disorder;
• promotes or glorifies violence, terrorism or criminal activity;
• is a scam, a pump-and-dump, a fake giveaway, a phishing attempt or any other attempt to defraud;
• presents paid promotion as independent opinion, or hides that you were paid;
• is spam, repetitive, automated, or artificially inflates engagement or the leaderboards;
• shares someone else's private information, or an intimate image of anyone without their consent;
• infringes someone's copyright, trade mark or other rights;
• you know to be false and post in order to move a market.

Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or scrape Decryptr, and do not use it to build a competing dataset or product.

Decryptr lets users share content with each other, so we have duties under the Online Safety Act 2023 and we take them seriously. This section sets out how we protect you from illegal content.

Terrorism content.

Content that encourages, promotes or provides assistance to terrorism is banned. We remove it as soon as we become aware of it, ban the account permanently, and report it to the authorities where required.

Child sexual exploitation and abuse content.

Any content that sexually exploits or abuses a child is banned absolutely. We remove it immediately, ban the account permanently, and report it to the National Crime Agency. We do not warn, we do not give second chances, and we preserve evidence for law enforcement.

Other priority illegal content.

We also remove content involving fraud and financial crime, the supply of drugs or firearms, human trafficking, extreme or non-consensual intimate images, harassment and stalking, threats of violence, and the encouragement of suicide or serious self-harm.

Where an intimate image is shared without the consent of the person in it, we remove it within 48 hours of being told.

We use automated tools alongside human review to find this content. Automated decisions can be appealed. See Support.

Anyone can report content or an account from the ⋯ menu, or by emailing [email protected], including people who do not have an account. We act on reports within 24 hours.

Depending on what we find, we may remove content, limit who can see it, restrict what an account can do, suspend it, or ban it permanently. Breaking the rules earns a strike, which counts for 90 days. A first strike is a warning. Further strikes within 90 days make the account read-only (no posting, replying, liking or following) for 24 hours, then 7 days, then 30 days. Profiles count too: a name, username, bio or picture that breaks the rules is reset. Our automated checks never ban an account on their own; a person decides. Serious breaches, such as the illegal content above, mean an immediate suspension and a permanent ban once a person has confirmed it.

We apply these terms consistently, and we will tell you what we did and why. If you think we got it wrong, either about your content or about something you reported, you can appeal and a different person will look at it. Every decision notice in the app and on the website has an Appeal button.

Your content stays yours. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, display and distribute it, solely so that we can run and promote Decryptr, for example showing your post in a timeline, in search, or in a link preview when someone shares it.

That licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except where it has already been shared on by others, or where we must keep a copy to meet a legal obligation. We do not sell your content and we do not use it to train third-party AI models.

You confirm you have the right to post what you post. If you believe something on Decryptr infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with the work, the location of the infringing content, and a statement that you hold the rights.

Levels is a free game. You draw where a market might go, your drawing is sealed until the window closes, and it is scored against what actually happened. It is not a prediction market, a bet or a financial product. No money is staked and no money is paid out.

Leagues are standing only: a tier and a position, nothing that can be bought or sold. We may reset, re-tier or adjust scores where we find manipulation, multiple accounts or a fault in our own scoring.

Where a round names a prize, the prize is a period of Decryptr + and nothing else. We decide the result and our decision is final.

Ask Decryptr is an AI assistant. It is generative software, it can be confidently wrong, and you should check anything that matters before acting on it. It is not a financial adviser and it does not make recommendations.

What you type, and any file or image you attach, is sent to our AI provider so it can produce an answer. We ask you to agree to this before your first message and you can stop using the feature at any time. See the privacy notice for who receives it, where they process it and how long they keep it.

Do not put anything into the assistant that you would not want leaving your device: passwords, recovery phrases, or another person's personal information. We will never ask you for a seed phrase or a private key, and nobody legitimate ever will.

Decryptr + and Decryptr X are auto-renewing subscriptions, monthly or yearly. The price, the period and what each includes are shown before you buy. Each renews automatically at the end of every period, at the price then in force, until you cancel.

You can buy either plan in the app through the App Store or Google Play, where Apple or Google takes the payment and its own terms apply too, or on decryptr.ai, where Decryptr Limited sells it to you and Stripe takes the payment. Cancel, change plan and ask for refunds with whoever billed you. In the stores, cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. You keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting your Decryptr account cancels a website subscription, but not an App Store or Google Play one.

Your right to cancel. As a consumer you normally have 14 days to change your mind about a digital purchase. Because a plan starts immediately, you are asked at the point of purchase to agree to immediate supply and to acknowledge that you lose that right once it begins. If you did not agree to that, the 14-day right still applies: contact us and we will refund a website purchase, or support your refund request with Apple or Google.

AI credits included with a subscription refresh each period, do not roll over, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or exchanged.

Decryptr carries advertising. Paid placements are labelled Ad. We do not accept advertising that we consider misleading, and an advert appearing in the app is not an endorsement by us.

Ads may be personalised where you have given permission. You can change that at any time in Settings, and on iOS in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Declining does not restrict any part of the app.

The website does not carry advertising cookies. What it does store is listed in the cookie policy.

We will provide Decryptr with reasonable care and skill. Your legal rights as a consumer (that digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described) are not affected by anything in these terms, and nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Beyond that: market data comes from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Scores, signals and AI output are produced by software and may be wrong. We are not responsible for trading decisions you make, for losses you suffer on any exchange, or for what other users post.

We do not promise the service will always be available or uninterrupted. Where we are liable to you, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event, or £100 if you have paid us nothing.

We may change these terms, for example to reflect a new feature or a change in the law. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Decryptr after that means you accept it.

You can stop using Decryptr and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, or if we have to for legal reasons. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first and give you a way to respond.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK you can bring proceedings in your own country's courts.
