This page explains your cancellation rights and how to request a refund. If you are a UK consumer, you have statutory rights that cannot be waived or reduced by these policies.
If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 to cancel any subscription contract within 14 days of purchase (the "cooling-off period"), without giving a reason.
If we began providing the Service immediately at your request (which we do by default), your right to a full refund may be reduced pro-rata for the portion of the service already delivered, or may be lost entirely if the service has been fully performed within the cooling-off period. You will have been informed of this when you checked out.

You can cancel your paid subscription at any time via either method:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to paid features until that date. If you are within the 14-day cooling-off period and entitled to a full refund, cancellation takes effect immediately.
Approved refunds are processed within 14 days of our confirmation, using the original payment method. Bank and card processing times may vary. For Stripe payments, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
