Questions

What does Decryptr X add?

Everything in Decryptr +, and the liquidation heatmap and levels, tracked Hyperliquid positions on charts, footprint charts in the app, the full news impact history, liquidation alerts (a push when the price nears a big liquidation cluster on a coin you follow, and at 10%, 5% and 2% from the liquidation price of your own positions), the prop rule guard (the daily loss limit and max drawdown of your firm tracked on linked prop accounts, with a push at 50%, 75% and 90% used), the AI coach, and 2,000 AI credits a month instead of 500. Decryptr + has fewer ads in the app; Decryptr X has none.

Can I move between Decryptr + and Decryptr X?

Yes. Moving up to Decryptr X starts straight away, and Stripe charges the difference for the rest of the period. Moving down to Decryptr + starts at the end of the period you have paid for, and you keep Decryptr X until then. If you pay through the App Store or Google Play, change it there.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time, in Manage subscription on this page. You keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for, and it doesn't renew.

How does the free trial work?

Accounts that haven't had a plan before get 7 days free of Decryptr + or Decryptr X. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing. The button says so when your account qualifies.

I subscribed in the app. Do I pay again here?

No. It's one subscription on your account, wherever you bought it. App Store and Google Play subscriptions are managed in those stores.

Who handles the payment?

Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe's checkout page, not to Decryptr.

Is any of this investment advice?

No. Decryptr + and Decryptr X give you more of your own records, faster news, more market data and more AI questions. Nothing in them tells you what to buy or sell.
