CFTC issues ANPRM for crypto spot market structure and “crypto asset markets”
The CFTC released an Advanced Notice of Proposed Rulemaking to build a federal crypto spot market framework, including a potential voluntary exchange registration pathway and definitions around “actual delivery.” Comments are due within 60 days after Federal Register publication.
