Contact us
Email support@decryptr.ai. We read everything and aim to reply within two working days.
It helps enormously if you include: your @handle, what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and your device and app version (Settings → About). Screenshots are welcome.

Report a post or an account
In the app, tap the ⋯ on any post or profile and choose Report. You can also block an account from the same menu. Blocking is immediate and does not tell the other person.
We review every report and act on it within 24 hours. Content that breaks our community standards is removed, and accounts that do it repeatedly are suspended. We operate a zero-tolerance policy for abusive, hateful or sexually exploitative content.
If you cannot reach the report control (for example the account has blocked you, or you do not have an account), email support@decryptr.ai with a link to the post and we will treat it exactly the same way.
Appeal a decision
If we removed your content, restricted your account, or decided not to act on something you reported, you can ask us to look again. Email support@decryptr.ai with the subject line Appeal and tell us what was decided and why you think it was wrong.
A different person reviews appeals wherever possible, and we will tell you the outcome and the reason for it. This route also covers complaints about how we applied our own terms, and about our use of automated moderation tools.
Illegal content and child safety
Report suspected illegal content through the in-app Report control, or email support@decryptr.ai marked Urgent. We prioritise these above everything else.
Child sexual abuse material is removed on sight, the account is permanently banned, and we report it to the National Crime Agency. Do not forward or re-share such material, including to us: a link or a username is enough.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact the police on 999. You can also report directly to the Internet Watch Foundation or to CEOP.
Intimate image abuse
If an intimate image of you has been shared without your consent, email support@decryptr.ai with the subject line Intimate image. We will remove it within 48 hours of the report and permanently ban the account that posted it.
You do not need to send us the image. A link to the post is enough, and we would rather you did not. The Revenge Porn Helpline can also help you get it removed elsewhere.
Your account and data
Delete your account in the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account. This removes your account, your posts, your drawings and your personal data. It cannot be undone.
Get a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to stop using it: email privacy@decryptr.ai. We respond within one month, free of charge. The privacy notice lists every right you have and how to use it.
If you have an active subscription, cancel it in the App Store before deleting your account, because deleting the account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
Subscriptions and billing
Decryptr+ is billed by Apple, not by us. Manage or cancel it on your device: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the current period ends.
Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something we did caused the problem, tell us as well and we will back up your request.
