DeFi Development Corp authorizes CHAD preferred stock repurchase program
DeFi Development Corp. (DFDV) authorized a program to repurchase up to all outstanding CHAD preferred shares, including future issued shares, if they trade below $10 par. The Solana:So111... treasury said it does not intend to repurchase currently and wants CHAD to establish around par.
