Public rooms

Rooms anyone signed in to Decryptr can read: event rooms and public-read groups, with titles and member counts. Never members, messages or invites.

Cost: 1 call per item returned, at least one item's worth. The request first reserves limit x 1 calls (and is refused with 429 if that many are not available), then pays only for what came back.

Needs scope social:read and the pro plan or above.

Member count history of a public community GET

A public community's members by day, newest first: current members who joined that day, and the running total of current members by join date (leavers are not recorded). Null under 5. Activity in a public room GET

Messages, distinct senders (rounded to 5) and reactions per hour or day in a room from /v1/rooms, newest first. Never message text. Null where under 20 people sent messages.
